Where the site is not available for viewing, we can incorporate any size of show apartment or areas of the home within the marketing suite to enable the prospective purchaser to view the "finished product"

Sales areas, design options, closing office, kitchen, wc's, store and a disabled persons lift are some of the features that we can include.

External claddings of your choice with full height glazing are available to meet your particular requirements.

Internal finishes to the sales area are applied to your specifications. Some clients like to complete the internal furnishings and finishes by their own in house design team.

The separate modules that make up the marketing suite are manufactured under quality controlled factory conditions and are delivered to site with all internal finishes and services already fitted.

The modules are craned into position and installed onto previously prepared foundations and services. Our site services team will then complete the final fit out ready for connection to mains services and occupation.
