Design and Quotations.
We offer a speedy turnaround of quotations from receipt of your layout drawings and specifications. Designs of buildings from our standard range are available and we will work with you to produce alternative designs for more specialised projects.

Delivery and Cranage.
Transportation of units to site can be arranged and organised by Marchant Walker if required. Cranage to offload and position the units can also be arranged by Marchant Walker.

Access to site is required to accept articulated vehicles where larger loads are being delivered and crane arm wagons for delivery of smaller loads and portable accommodation.

Foundations.
Modular buildings require level load bearing foundations prior to delivery and erection of the modules on site. We will provide a quotation for this service or alternatively, a foundation plan for you to carry out this part of the project yourselves.

Installation.
Erection and installation can be carried out by Marchant Walker's operatives or by your own personnel. After installation, the building will be ready for connection of mains services.
