Marchant Walker's " Fast Track" building system is designed and constructed to meet all requirements. Available in most sizes and type to provide single and multi-storey permanent buildings, vertical and horizontal extensions to existing facilities.

Designed and built to comply with building regulations and British Standards, buildings are installed on site to completion with a considerable saving in time over traditional methods.

Modules are manufactured in a controlled factory environment and are delivered to site complete with fittings and services, ready for installation, connection of mains services and fixing of external cladding.

Most types of external cladding can be used to create the desired finish. Traditional brick or stone cladding with pitch tiled roof, stone aggregate, plastic coated steel and brick slips are examples of these.

Internally, ceiling and wall linings are normally plasterboard finish to accept a choice of finishes. Various selections of floor coverings are available.

Windows are usually fixed prior to delivery and are with a choice of coatings, type of glazing, size and style. Sanitary ware and bathroom fittings are supplied and installed to your specifications.

Marchant Walker will work in partnership with the project design team and main contractor to design, build and supply bedroom modules to your specifications and requirements for delivery and installation throughout the U.K.
